About Verona

This workshop is dedicated to the many recent developments and generalisations of classical tilting theory. At the centre of these new theories lies the concept of silting object, occurring in a multitude of contexts, from the study of derived categories to tau-tilting theory and cluster theory. Our aim is to gather specialists and young researchers interested in these topics and share the many different perspectives and exciting ideas populating the area. We hope to see you all in Verona!

The organisers: Lidia Angeleri Hügel, Francesca Mantese and Jorge Vitória.

Sponsored by: 7th European Framework Program of the European Union through the Intra-European Marie Curie Fellowship TTinDMod (FP7-PEOPLE-2012-IEF), and University of Verona - Department of Computer Sciences
